Booking Policy

• Chill Kit Drop-Off orders require at least 7 days advance notice
• A deposit may be required to secure your date
• Delivery available in the South Atlanta area

Full-Service Setup Policy

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.
• Travel within a 10-mile radius is included.
• Additional travel outside this area will incur a travel fee.
• Additional service time may result in extra fees.
• Client must provide a safe, accessible setup area.
• Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred (based on availability).
